1. Get your trade-in offer:
Evaluate your old devices and get our preliminary trade-in offer.
You will receive this offer later. You pay the full price
for your new device first.

2. Exchange old device for new
Select a new device, add it to the shopping cart and complete the order.
As soon as your new item arrives, you have 14 days to prepare everything. Then you send us your old devices.

3. Get your money:
We will check your order and you will receive your trade-in value plus 10%!
If not, we will make you a new
offer or send the device
back.

What price do I pay with trade-in?
You pay the full price for your new device first. After successful submission and verification by us, you will receive the purchase price immediately.
When and how should I send in my old device and who pays for the shipping?
As soon as your new item arrives, you have 14 days to prepare everything. When you are done, send us your old devices with the free postage paid label.
When will I receive the money for my old device?
After receipt of your package, the inspection of electronics currently takes up to 5 working days and media 3-5 working days.
Since the processing time may be shorter or longer depending on the volume, we will always keep you informed of status changes by e-mail and in your customer account.
What happens if GameCycle assesses my device differently than I do?
Should we come to a different conclusion than you as part of our quality control, we will make you a new offer for the items concerned. You will be informed about this by e-mail. You can then decide whether you want to accept our new offer or whether we should return your items to you free of charge.
It can also happen that we cannot buy your item due to its condition. Here, too, we will inform you and you decide whether we should dispose of the item free of charge or return it to you free of charge.
Important: The decision made cannot be changed afterwards by our customer service.
Please also note that you must respond to the new offer within 14 days of sending the e-mail. If there is no feedback within this time, we will assume that you reject the offer if there is no feedback. We will then send the items back to your address free of charge
Is my old device insured when I send it to GmaeCycle?
When using our free postage paid label, transport insurance is included directly. It is important that your old devices are well packed. You can find a few tips for packing here.
